Blue Oak
Nursery Open House
Blue Oak Nursery is a 14-acre tree arboretum, with lake,
park and vineyard views and a plentiful and varied
wildlife population.
The Nursery
proudly displays a collection of over 300 Bonsai from
world class Bonsai artists on the West Coast, including
Johnny Uchida, Katsumi Kinoshita, Mas Ishii, Boon
Manakitivipart, Roy Nagatashi and Harry
Hirao, just to name a few. Bonsai are
attractively displayed on oak wine barrels for easy
viewing. The Bonsai are fully acclimated to their
environment, and many of the trees displayed in Bonsai
are also growing naturally in the tree arboreum
surrounding the lake. |
